The short version

  • FloServer collects no personal data and sends no telemetry, usage statistics or crash reports.
  • There are no accounts.
  • Your projects, code and databases stay on your computer.

What FloServer connects to

FloServer goes online only to:

  • download the signed list of runtimes and app updates from cdn.floserver.org, once a day and when you ask;
  • download the runtimes and templates you choose, from cdn.floserver.org or, if that fails, from each project's official site (such as windows.php.net or nodejs.org);
  • open links you click, such as floserver.org, in your browser.

What those servers see

Like any web server, they see your IP address and which file was requested. cdn.floserver.org and this website are served by Cloudflare, which handles that information under its own privacy policy. The official sites of PHP, Node.js and the other projects follow their own policies.

This website

floserver.org sets no cookies and has no analytics, ads or trackers. It loads nothing from other sites.

Crash reports

FloServer sends none today. If they are ever added, they will be off until you turn them on.
